 What Transmission for a 3SGTE Swap? |

I have been planning on doing a 3sgte engine swap into my 1994 Celica ST. I know I need the ST205 motor mounts, but I am wondering what transmission to get with it? I know that I can use the 5SFE transmission, though I hear it is not very reliable to hold the power. I also have heard that I can use a transmission for the MR2, although I an not sure which one. If anyone could help me out with deciding what transmission I could get for this swap, that would be nice. I am also planning on putting a more powerful clutch in also, so take that into account.
