 Headlights adjustment, I think mine is screwy |

Hi guys,
After reading the previous posts on adjusting the headlights i notice mine wasn't high enough, so today i went out and adjust it to make it higher and more to the side. The right hand side headlights turned out great. As i start twisting the left headlights it went up slowly, all of a sudden it just drop down all the way to the bottom even worst than it started. After that, which ever way i twisted the screw won't work, it won't go up or down  . I know you can twist it to a point where it just stops, i didn't know it just stuffed the whole thing up.HELP!
