So Happy...., bought some land... Options

Well, I just got done with this guy from a timber company that is selling off land, and paid a deposit on about +/- 25 acres. Will get a survey just to find out exactly. Got if for a good price too at $1650.00 an acre. It has ALOT of road frontage, a creek, and about half is pure flat and the rest is mountain.

Man, I'm loving it now. It's hard to stop smiling since I've been wanting some land for awhile now and I'm making progress to the things I want. Just can't wait till closing.

Since they harvested alot of trees from the flat area it's basically just got some trees, shrubs, and weeds, it won't take long at all to clear out some spots. And with Fall/Winter right around the corner, I'm just gonna wait till nature does most of the work for me.

My wife agreeded with me that since I want to start a shop that, while we are still saving money while living with her parents, it will be the first thing to build on the land. ( So hopefully, withing the next few months I'll have a place to work and you guys might be getting some new products for our celicas ) I might actually build a hot-rod since they are more the thing around here. (got a friend at work that's half-way through building a rat-rod)

Oh God! There are so many things I need/ want to do now it's not even funny, but I am excited! PROGRESS!!!!!!!
