Here's how I've done my projector conversion. I followed the guidelines of two dutch Celicas.eu members, Kadett en BacerTune:
The projectors ![]() ![]() Removing small parts ![]() In the oven ![]() Remove the glass with a plastic object to prevent damaging the glass ![]() Remove Projector ![]() Remove magnifying glass ![]() Remove the metal thing by unscrewing the adjusting bolts ![]() Cut the straight side ![]() Straighten the diagonal side by attaching a metal plate ![]() ![]() Attach everything in reverse order, before attaching the glass put both side in the oven. When the kit is soft add some new kit and attach the glass to the rest. After eveything has cooled down, assemble the small parts. The projector back together again: ![]() After both are converted it's time to install them. This is how the car looked like with the old headlights:
