 Making your own crystal clear lens?, anyone try it yet? |

I know Rayme is selling clear headlight lens (a much faster and easier option which i can vouch for seeing them in person on my friend's car) but, hey if you got the time on your hands and wanna save a few bucks
 I was wondering if anyone on here has ever tried taking out their stock diffractive-pattern headlight lens and sanding them down until they are clear? I never took the lens apart so i'm not sure if it would work.
