Recently the gear light went out in my '95 Celica ST Liftback (got it free as my first car as my brother just bought himself a new car). I pulled out the center console from trial-and-error and eventually got the bulb replaced and such... However, I had to work around getting the shift-lever out to get the cover under the trim (where the cigarette lighter mounts). I see that there's two screws on the front of the shift-lever, and taking those out loosens the lever, but it doesn't go anywhere from there...
I feel like it's something so very simple, but I can't figure it out. I have the Haynes service manual but that's no help. Any help? First post This post has been edited by solidxsnake: Apr 20, 2009 - 8:11 PM -------------------- ~Moving on to a 2002 Corolla S~ R.I.P Tom Celica - 1994-2010 |
