 Please help: need water pump torque spec |

Hi, I just finished dropping in my 98 spec 5sfe to find out that the water pump is leaking. What is the proper torque specs for those water pump bolts? My mitchel account says something like 70ft/lbs which seems like a lot for those tiny bolts. Any one remember? Thanks
