Hi everyone,
The driver's side rear seat belt on my '96 Celica convertible has suddenly stopped working. It won't retract and won't pull out any farther either; it's just completely stuck where it is (plus or minus a quarter-inch or so of "give"). Has anyone had this trouble before?
