 rear brakes clunk |

Hello,
I am listening clunk noises from the back of my car under braking. Actually as i brake and when the car is close to stop just before stop spinning the wheels I listen clunk noises and from the both sides of the car at the rear. I am not sure if this is brake problem or something else but i guess is the brakes because that happens only under braking. This noises I m listening I have them since bought the car and I don't know if this is related with the apex lowering springs that my car had from when I bought it.
