Issue 1, let us imagine that I give the engine the full beans in neutral and let off. As the revs fall past 2k, there's a ratcheting noise from the engine bay that lasts about half a second. Issue 2, she chirps. Under certain load, usually 2.5-3.5k in 3rd (auto, mind you) I can hear a chirping, it sounds like something just seriously wobbling. I'm thinking both of these are pulley or belt related. Timing belt hasn't been changed to my knowledge, car is at 95k and change. Dissection, criticism and help greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
