 how do I install a new gasket on sunroof? |

My 95 celica came with the sunroof caulked shut due to a leak. I have scraped all the caulking off and cleaned it with a solvent. I have a gasket, but what is the best, easiest way to put the gasket on? Do I need any kind of glue/caulking to seal it?
