Hi all 6gc members! I am currently having a little bit of trouble with my celica and I was hoping some members could help shed some light. So when I try to start it, it sounds like it catches. But it starts idling really low (approx 500 rpm) and then the car just shuts off. Right before the car dies, the engine oil symbol pops up in the dash. Would this be because of the lack of oil pressure or does it just go through the dash cycle upon shut off? Please note that this process is less than 5 seconds. However, this problem does not always happen. Sometimes it would start perfectly fine and run fine. This problem just comes and goes. Would it be a fuel system problem? Thank you in advance for any help.
