I am getting info on a possible swap. I seen a thread with pics and the video (K-ESD)
The 3MZ-FE has higher horsepower but not good for turbo. The 3VZ-FE has lower horsepower but is a good solid motor, and with a cam and other parts can get the same hp as the MZ I would want to use the E153 Tranny How much would something like this cost realistically? I could fix mine and just stay stock with an auto I've had an itch to do a swap ever since I had a Supra about 8 years ago but I am also realistic! EDIT: I have seen the info from the following thread: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=45161 What I'm looking for is a realistic cost factor. I know there are some enthusiests in Texas, and I may be moving there within the next year. If that happens then I would probably convert the car to manual tranny for now (tranny is bad) and then do a swap later on.
