thtas not even that bad. my ticket was a $140 fine. i got pulled over doing a 59 in a 45 and when i went to court he reduced it to a broken spedometer ticket. my insurance didnt go up but its already $250 a month

Yeah they can judge very well by other methods. My friend passed his g/f's dad who happens to be the chief of police around here, and the dad knew that he was going 46 without even using a radar gun, and my friend said that was the exact speed he saw when he looked down at the speedometer. But I don't think they can use that kind of thing in court, that's kind of just like he says/she says bs. |

It will be ok
 . Did you say you were only going 65 tops? If you said that to the cop then you incriminated yourself and there is no way you could get out of it. Good luck and fight it

That sucks I hate cops like that. I once got a $250 ticket for my sterio being too loud, when i did not even have a big sound system, just 2 $15 jensens and a 95 rms amp. worst thing is even though i proved it could not have been me the judge still maid me pay a $75 fine. it was total BS, some coms are just like that.

natalie did you know that tickets only drop from showing on your record after 3 years not one its one year for police to not be able to see it when they pull your record but for insurance companies its 3 years

yes i knew that! what are u talking about? did i say anywhere that i didnt know that??
i got a ticket a year ago and it was deffered meaning if i got a ticket within a year then both went on my record but if i went a year without getting another ticket then the one ticket would be dropped -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City
