I just put in a trd quickshifter in my swapped celica and now my car is extremely difficult to get into reverse. All the other gears are alright. Any thoughts? I have a quickshifter in my other celica and I don' thave problems. PM me with any suggestions...any advice would be greatly appreciated. THANKS.

I had the same problem when I put in my short shifter. I think it has something to do with the metal spacers that replace the rubber ones, doesn't allow the assembly to give at all. Maybe try swapping just the spacers back?

Make sure you have the shift cables installed right and seated correctly and make sure you put all 4 metal spacers in (dont use the rubber ones).

Thanks for your help. I'm pretty sure my cables just needed adjusted. After messing with them a little bit the car goes into reverse easier. We'll see what a little more adjusting does
