Hi all.

Just hoping for opinions for pedals. I knows it a small thing, but I like the chrome finished pedals, but like some grip too. Any pics of what people here use ?? The ones I have are a little slick and the brake pedal is that little bit too big and thus catches my foot sometimes frown.gif So need to change them.

Andy's Auto Sports has a good selection of pedals online, with decent pictures even! Here's the link:

Thanks

Do you find that brake pedal a little too wide ? Catch your foot going from Accel to brake ?
I found that with the ones I bought, I have just taken the brake pedal off after 2 weeks of trying to get used to it. Its just dangerous!

I think I used to pedal covers similar to stevest202's (I have an auto too).

My problem was I didn't want to drill into my stock pedals so I clipped them on instead. When I tried to press the accelerator to the floor, the clips would get between the pedal and the floor and it robbed me of about .50" - .75" of "pedal to the floor" action. So in the end I took them off because I found them more annoying than useful.

One thing I would suggest (if possible) is measure your stock pedals and make sure you get covers that are somewhat close to the their actual measurements. When I got mine, the gas pedal cover was way too long which is why I hesitated to permanently attach them.

I've often wondered about THESE.

They're for a 7th gen, but there is the possibility that they are the same size as our stock pedals. If anyone knows for sure if these will fit feel free to chime in.

Oh, I dont think I have that Accel problem, mine were clips and screws to put on. I'll have a look though and see if I am missing a bit of movement in the Accel.

Nice find on E-bay. Lets see if they fit....

a general auto store has APC or something pedals that work descently, like $10 and they come in different colors, only thing is they look cheap, ones like pressure2's are the only way to go imo... but they dont particularly helpwith your foot slipping especially when your sole's are wet laugh.gif

That looks pretty nice! Did you use the entire pedal assembly or did you just use the pads?
