i don't get it though, cuase he only accepts paypal...
so even if i do pay and don't receive it, paypal will still fully refund me.

Maybe he has the stuff and just used your pictures? what should i do? ;o

i think i'm just going to go ahead and pay for it.

i've read over PayPal's and eBay's terms and it seems that they have my back if it's indeed a scam.

i would not send any money, you are not going to get what is in the pics, the kit i had was sold in parts so there is no way you are going to get any of it, as a matter of fact i have the manifold still in my shop for someone else. if this is a joke then ha, ha, but if not the seller is in big trouble i have talked to ebay & i am talking to a lawer on how to press charges on him, or her. i am not going to let someone try to smeer my work with this stupidity . if you pay for it good luck on getting your money back, paypal will take forever and alot of times they tell you to (work with the seller) . i know i have tried to get money back 2 time all ready . still have not got a dime from them , but the seller got his

Id ask the seller for more detailed pictures of exactly what you are going to get. Maybe you 2 can work with each other on this situation. I dont think the seller knows you know each other at this point and maybe it will help with trd94's case against the seller.
