Didn't know you guys were off work today I would of called someone needed some help to carry parts from upull couldn't pull the steering wheel off 1 man team FTL.....they had a tan 95 St coupe there btw, front bumper, hood, underplastics, airbags,door panels, headlights gone and damaged Pass fender but everything else is their....well I took the driver fender I should have taken the windows lol.

I may have seen another member today. I was on 35W this morning and saw this nice white Celica (It had the 96+ bumper/ pretty much stock looking) behind me. So I switched lanes so he could pass me. It was a kid with a girl in the passenger seat. He was cruising along pretty quick. I was behind him all the way till the St. Paul exit (by the construction area) I waved and he saw me. I smiled and gave him a thumbs up before we split paths. I was curious if it was a member on here. I was in my Galant VR-4.

No....never met the guy. People like these that need to recognize there is a tuning world out there for their cars, hence 6gc.net. So many random 6gc owners out there.

I had a Red GT Turbo pull up on me once on 85th in Brooklyn Park. Thing gunned it so quick you could seriously hear the turbo spool louder than the BOV. Two asian guys, they gave me a thumbs up and I tried to follow for a bit, but they got onto the highway and floored it.

I also had another Red GT follow me going home from Greg's house. From 280 onto 35E, it finally pulled onto the fast lane, I was in the middle lane, and it just stayed at my side for a good long 10 minutes or so. I was so confused thought to myself, maybe they're just a bit shy to see another same type of car on the road. As I was trying to catch up to Will and Sammie I tried looking at the driver hoping to see some asian dudes, but turned out to be a white chick. Then it also followed me to 694, when I caught up with Will and Sammie, I gave them a call to slow down. Will was like are you on crack wtf! As we both slowed down the red GT slowly pulls off into the distance. I was like, see I told you. I gunned it trying to follow, but to no avail she exited.

There's also the EMO hmong guy with is "!!SUPER FAST N/A JDM TYTE TURBO WANNABE TRD WING USED TO BE OPEN HEADER ALWAYS WEARING SHADES AT NIGHT WHILE DRIVING!!" silver GT, prefers to be called Eternityracer, always at Midway. Even though he sees a pack of us, he would never dare to get near us.

My buddy Tom who at the time worked for HyperTek performance shop said that a orange GT with a 3rd gen 3sgte with a stroker kit came in for some bodywork. I didn't believe him, but everyone that worked there claimed it and said it dyno'd at about 400 hp.

All these random celicas out there.

OMG NO POST IN THE LAST 11 DAYS WTF!!!

Well I'm gettin word done on the Celica! The stupid hood doesn't line up though!!! It's sooo irritating! I got all the piece I need except headlights which I will pick up from John soon. Any ideas?

The radiator support is bent and pulled the radiator back more causing the hood not to stick. From the second picture it looks like the hood lock should be up closer towards the high beam headlight support bar. I'm assuming you tried to gap the hood lock with some plastic pieces. Any chance you can make it come out more?

BTW I'm thinking of pulling my motor Will, Greg, and John.

well boys!! sad to say i might be sellin the celica... but no worrys i plan doing something a little dfferent if i do sell the celica..no worrys i wont leave the 6th gen family...
