I have megan springs, I like them, they are firm, but comfortable still, and offer a decent drop.
I got a good deal on them here http://www.upscaleautomotive.com/p-18214-m...ota-celica.aspx This post has been edited by samir0189: Sep 17, 2009 - 12:41 PM -------------------- ◊◊◊ My F/S Thread! ◊◊◊

Those springs are really cheap...can anyone provide input as to how those are versus the Teins? They're almost half the price.

I doubt anyone can give a direct comparison like that, although I am curious myself.. but to begin with not alot of people here seem to go with the megan springs. They are really cheap, almost "so cheap its scary" -------------------- ◊◊◊ My F/S Thread! ◊◊◊

They are really cheap, almost "so cheap its scary" Exactly, that's my concern looking at the price. How long have you been running them? If they're good enough, I'll pick these up when it comes time for a drop...100 bucks in my pocket is good change. -------------------- '97 ST \ Eibach \ KYB \ Kenwood \ Alpine \ Cusco \ OEM+ [sold 10/18]

ive had them forrrrrrrrrrr........................................... nearly 20,000 miles. installed at 251k, currently, 270,5xx.
They are VERY high quality, i was skeptical at first, as anybody should be with $100 springs, but when i got them and installed them i felt much better about the purchase. Megan seems to make good stuff, i've heard nothing but good about their coilovers too. -------------------- ◊◊◊ My F/S Thread! ◊◊◊

I have the Tein springs and they are very nice. Gives you a nice drop and a nice sporty ride. Helps a LOT with cornering and I have no complaints. I can't compare them to Megan's because I've never felt how the Megans ride.

Tien S-Techs have been on my car for 3+ years and about 60k+ miles. They are stiffer than stock but still comfortable and with all lowering springs they will settle a little lower than what they first start out at as a year or 2 go by. I got them for $120 back in the day and I don't know how much they are now but I have no complaints.

Anybody know how these springs are compared to the Tein S-techs and Megans?
