It depends on the width of your rim, for instance, my rim is 17"x7.5" wide. this chart tells you what sizes you can safely put on the rim. As far as what the widest is that will fit on the celica and be proper for your rim width, i am not sure. There are wheel spacers to adjust that, etc. hope that helps you...... biggrin.gif

im not too sure about 18's..you MIGHT be able to get a 235 under there with a spacer...but i have seen 6gc's with i believe either a 17" rim or a 16" rims with 245's and a spacer, so it is possiable...i personally will be getting some 17x7.5" rims, and attempt to get a 245 tire under there as it's lowered with a spacer, but i think if you rather play it safe, a 235 would be best

If you have 18x8 with around a 25-35mm offset you could do a 235/35/18
If they are 18x7.5 the widest you should go is 225/40/18
