Im looking for a new project with my Celica being a daily driver and I cant really do big mods I need something new. In my town Ive found a 240sx convertible and its only 2700 but I want something in the late 60s early 70 big block v8 because they look awsome and always will plus easier work, so what should I choose.

NOOOOOOOO do not i repeat do NOT put a damn RB20 or RB25 in a 240. i used to have a 93 Hatch with a built SR20. RB20's and 25s are so fragile and parts are expensive for them. If u do get the 240 bro do the redtop SR20 with just basic bolt on's ur looking at a good 400-500hp. Or u can do the LS1 swap. But the SR20 is the best for the 240. I still have my dyno sheets i was makin 567 to the rear wheels with just some basic bolt ons and upgraded turbo.

I second that hearting. That picture says "F*ck you, '67 Mustang. I'm sexier than you and I'm a Toyota."

The 240SX 'vert was only a first gen thing, right? If I'm not mistaken. Kinda funky looking. I say no. Not good. I say either go regular ol' S13 with an SR20, old school Supra, or old American muscle.

What about a turbo Integra? They can be had for a fair price or a 1G DSM. They make stupid amount of power for little cash.

I have a poster of Eleanor over my TV...and yes, it's awesome. But if it came down to it...I'd take that Celica. But only IF it had a 2JZ-GTE stuffed in there.

I think...

Well, I saw a 70's Chevelle SS drive off right as I parked at school, and you're right...it's sexy. But still...just for uniqueness, I'd take that Celica.
