Does it drive? I may be getting an insurance deal soon. With a extra 3s ECU laying around, and harness, I may be able to invest in this, then my currently wrecked celica at the yard.

Not drivable, the code 14 causes a misfire, and sometimes causes the car to stall. How confident are you that its the ECU? I could send mine to you, and see if it clears the issue. Damn dude, I wish I was closer, I could at least help you get the thing home.
I hope things work out. Just from a glance I think the bumper is ok just needs re painted. It takes quite a bit to completely destoy the cover. I might have an old shift boot, not that it will do you much good but it is yours if you want it. Glws -------------------- JDM guy made me do it.
