I want the grey (at least it's grey on my silver Celi) rubber molding that goes along the top of the OEM sideskirts between them and the body of the car. I want to use it around the top of my SSIII splitters. I figured there has to be a few of you that have put different sideskirts and never replaced the rubber molding and might have it laying around.

It's called 3M double sided mounting strips. It's a thick-ish foam with stickiness on either side. Can find it at Home Deeps, Lowes, Canadian Tire, etc.

No no lol ... i know what 3M double sided tape is. No, this is a RUBBER molding that you can see. It basically covers the seem between the skirt and the body ... it has no support purpose, it is strictly cosmetic. It is also perfectly shaped to the skirt. Look closely if you have the factory skirts, you'll see what I mean. At least if they CAME on the car factory, not added.

Hey Xander, since u live in NY u should check out wal-mart dude. The sell sheets of a felt like material there for low. Basicly it the same material used on spoilers to seal it if u know what I mean. I know ur specificly said rubber, and I see where ur getting with this. Most luxury cars do it if Im not mistaken right? But deff check out wal-mart for the felt sheets like i said, in the craft section. But other words check out ur local hardware store as well. Hope this helps bro, and good luck

You are looking for Toyota Part# 7692502030C0 this is black, but if you ask the dealer for the grey/silver I'm sure they can look it up. I just did my complete body kit(SSIII) and I think I used 4 strips total. They are around $10-$13 ea. Well worth it though, it finishes the body kit off and makes it look 100% factory.

If you DO find that thing, I'd love to know where you get it! I messed mine up when I took the side skirts off!

YES! That's it! I would have made my way to the dealership eventually and asked, but the two closest ones are 50 min away in either direction. I googled the part number, could get a picture of it, but I found very similar part numbers for the striping on the Corolla S and Matrix body kits ... so I know it's it. Hell, I'll take it from one of those cars, it'll still look the same.

Thanks, yeah I found that site as well. I'll just get it from the dealer, I get employee discount (8% over cost).
