its either the top mount or bearing of it or the shock bump stops are gone.

Did you see the pic I posted ?
The bearing was bad and fell apart into pieces.
I replaced it with an oem bearing and a new kyb strut mount.

yea i saw it, i was mentioning what could have been wrong, those balls come out into pieces especially when you remove the mount. its good to always buy new ones.

Howcome it only fell apart this time and not when you lowered it?

maybe he reused the old bearing. IDK, old bearings get busted, then the balls fall out.

Yeah, the problem is solved. Seems the bearing was damaged inside and eventually busted open.
