could be a variety of things. Check shift cables, bushings, clutch pedal etc to rule out quick simple things. With these old JDM cars you never what you'll get. If it's not any of those then you're probably looking at a slipping clutch and changing that isn't too fun on the GT4s. |

They aren't plug and play. The wiring is different. You would have to rewire. There are a few threads addressing this if you search through some of the old threads like this one: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=93080 Hope it can help you on your search. |

The more letters you have the more performance so that's PLENTY of performance. Maybe you're right and I'm just being overcautious. Never had the fender get that hot though so it might be because of the CF hood. Also I'm missing some gaskets in the header and the exhaust is still cut after the b pipe so that would add some heat under the hood. I'll monitor it after fixing those two things. Might have to follow Tigawoods and cut a big ol hole in my hood as well. |

Edited some pics last night. Turned out pretty nice. BEAMS ran good. Threw out a bit of heat though, temp gauge was fine but the hood and fender were very hot to the touch. It'll go into the garage soon so I'll have time to figure everything out. Get a new power steering hose in there and bolt up the AC and whatever else needs finishing up. Enjoy the pics!     |
