The GT manual transmission(s54) will bolt up to the 3sgte, the 7afes tranny (c52) will not work with the 3sgte.Because you have a ST there are a bunch of things you need to change. just search around as there are tons of threads around. Make sure to put a thread up, or better yet edit and fix this thread, when you start!

stop using caps it seems like your yelling/demanding help. 3sge beams came fwd so you wont need to change out to a different transmission, unless your beams came with a auto trans or thats what you prefer. now i believe you will need s54 outer axles and your 7afe inner axles (im probly wrong on this most of my info is for the 3sgTe. now just so you realize you will need to get your wiring harness extended (around 400$ from dr.tweak) and you cant turbocharge a stock 3sge as the compression is too high and you would have to lower compression to do so. and the 7afe trans wont work with 3s engine the 7afe trans will work with the 4age however, also search the project threads plenty of people have swapped out a 7afe

First things first, welcome to the site, and congrats on the BEAMS.

If you have the 3S-GE BEAMS motor with the transmission, wiring harness, and ECU, you already have almost everything you need. Leave the BEAMS motor just like it is. You can't use your 7A-FE transaxle. You just need to get motor mounts from a GT, drill two holes in the ...passenger side...? frame rail for the mounts, and either cut a hole in your firewall or have your wiring harness extended. Do yourself a favor and don't take that 7A-FE out of your car until you do a whole lot of research and know what you're doing backwards and forwards. Click the link that SupraKid posted. Then actually make sure you read the link. Seriously. There's some huge bold print at the top of the thread that SupraKid posted. It tells you everything you need to know about the 7A to 3S swap, 100% of the information with 100% detail. Obey the huge bold print. The huge bold print is your friend.

Edit: Not trying to be a smarta** or anything, but considering these cars have been around since 1994 and it's now 2011... There aren't a lot of questions you could ask that haven't already been answered. The swap isn't extremely difficult.. It just isn't cheap. There are several swap threads that tell in detail what needs to be done. Check the Engine/Transmission/Maintenance forum and the Forced Induction forum. Search for the members turnip, njccmd2002, 2bcelica, erahman, batman722, and presure2. All have swapped either the BEAMS or the 3S-GTE engine into their cars and you'll find all the answers you need in their threads.
