I mean, the first two were full of toyos and Hondas and the Third one was focused on Nissans (even if the last shots were with a ford with a Nissal Engine). Heck the first one even had a jetta. But Subs, nowhere at all. I hope they are not waiting for FnF 4!!!!!
Oh yeah, and Mitsus were in all of them. This post has been edited by neoklis: Aug 21, 2006 - 10:11 AM |

QUOTE(bloodrain @ Aug 21, 2006 - 11:15 AM) Subaru is for real drivers. lol @ that Those cars practically drive themselves. If you want a REAL driver's car, try something that actually requires skill to drive correctly. Midship RWD cars are a good example of this (porsche, mr2, etc). |

I dont think that this has to do with car appearance or car performance,it has to do with agreements, i think the production company has a share on the sport car sales market beacuse Car Companies as Nissan and Mitsubishi realise that the F&F Series move the market on sport cars and performance parts.
Ehmm...Neoklis the films are FULL of Nissan and Mistubishi, only the first part was about the Supra.i dont see any Toyos around.Check out F&F2 (Evo,Eclipse and Skyline),F&F3 (Evo,S15.350z). I think that they are not using any Subarus in the 3 Films beacuse was a serious problem about the delivery time of the film (Subarus all the time have problems like engine, gearbox, diffe etc so they have to fix them over and over...) |

For the first movie, the production just got whatever cars they wanted and could get that they felt showed the good variety of the tuner culture.
The second and third one, Mitsu and Nissan respectivly paid them for product placement as well as provided vehicles. This happens all the time in movies. The reason people use Macs or drink a Pepsi in a movie is because those companies paid the production to use their product. Its all just advertisement. -------------------- Its Orville's Celica, i just drive it... |

If u think attacking was by me saying put an MR2 on a dirt track, then ur sadly mistaken. And brianforster whoever the **** u are, please just stfu, grown men talking here. So if fastgt if u thought i was attacking u, my bad, it was meant as a joke. (think about it, an MR2 on a rally course) its obvious rally is meant for AWD cars. -------------------- To live, is to suffer

wow. . .
wrx's are awesome cars, but when you are in an area that's known for housing families with money, it's kind of annoying to see STi's, Evos, and E46 M3s, and whatever else there is just floating around in the hands of what look to be 16yr olds...just, slightly depressing, but it's jealousy...which is bad. by the time i get the money to beat the sti, they're gotten mods to pull on me...booooo btw, lots of cars these days drive themselves, it's technology, and it's not bad -------------------- |
