Hi!, I'm new to this forum message board. I can't see any other post except this one and the sticky? Is there a duration of certain period of day's till I see all the other post?

I got out of the Acura/Honda scene. I feel like the scene got worser by the minute. So I junk 1991 plus a 1995 Acura Integra 2-door, sold 1990 Acura Integra 4-door, and sold 95 Honda Civic hatchback to my friend. I recently bought a 2000 Volkswagen New Beetle GLS 1.8L Turbo but I ran into problems with it. I guess that's why the owner sold it to me for a very good deal(I thought). I've been looking at Toyota Celica the last generation and I felt it's a bit off. Then I ran across a youtube talking about all about Toyota Celica from it being together with Camry and Supra then both those model got separated. I remember my bestfriend cousin from Canada came down to just buy a ST205. After seeing the ST205 I fell in love but I was too into the Acura scene when I was younger like 17 yeras old.

Welcome!
Take a bit of time to familiarize yourself with all the buttons and controls on the forum as well as reading through all the stickies. Because you're new you settings are set to default. At the bottom you should be able to click a dropdown menu and have it show all posts instead of just today or a few days ago. Hope that helps and good luck on your search!

Thank you very much for your help is appreciated. Hopefully later on I can get my hands on a Celica that I can modify. When I was into the Acura/Honda scene I would setup a business reselling car part's and I even did right hand drive conversion. So I have a lot of skills on my hands. I wanted to do a unique front end conversion for the Celica and possibly a rear conversion as I'm having a hobby business setup from my home. I can't find a decent warehouse that will allow automotive use in my area. I could only find some far away like in Apple Valley, Adelanto, and other's. These cities are in California down south.

In addition to what Cheela posted, give this thread a read. It's very brief but will answer a question that I'm certain you have. smile.gif

Boo! thumbsdown.gif At least you’ve still got the MX5’s, can’t go wrong with those.

Today I took the SC300 out with the Celica to take some comparison picture. Dang, both those cars look sweet!

2jz vs 3s, both turbocharged. These are some of Toyota's best motors!

The Celica looks small next to the SC300.

You're not wrong, I have good sources of fizz but I'll miss the characteristics of it all the same. It was a really good car, definitely the most comfortable as far as seats and ride went. Great cabin for audio as well. I told the kid I want right of first refusal and not to **** it up. /Kowalski

Plus no one calls you gay in the Celica. So the Celica was more comfortable than the NC, interesting.

Yeah, the SC300 is a boat compared to the Celica. Surprisingly, the size is all in the a** of the SC. The hood and engine bays seem pretty close to the same length. I saw a video of a guy putting a 2jz in a Celica (after converting to RWD).

I forgot to comment on that great pair, very cool combination. I drove an SC300 briefly and it felt like a Supra.

Per the NC, the factory 4x4 setup is badly damped, as the auto option nixed the Bilstein shocks and LSD. The Celica has a far better suspension setup, and the seats are better shaped and upholstered compared to the relatively vinyl-like leather. The quality of my NA OEM repros is better. Plus the Celica had a bangin' stereo.

That's probably cause the Supra is based on the Soarer. tongue.gif

Ahh, interesting since I found the NB2 more comfortable than the Celica and the NC is supposedly more comfortable than the NB. Seats are definitely better in the Celica, but at least the NB2 is a lot closer than the NA.
