im looking at getting front and rear sway bars hopefully at the same time but if i do get them seperate what should i get first front or rear whos done what and how much did it help hard cornering

Get the front bar first. The Celicas have a tendency to understeer (thanks, FWD), so stiffening up the front will help make the steering a bit more responsive.

Do you have any other suspension upgrades?

You'll actually want to stiffen up the rear first to reduce understeer. Stiffening the front before the rear will increase understeer.
