hi guys i have a problem with an Sensor ground signal.
I have a st202 with an St205 jdm engine, after swap i try to connect IC water pump according with drawing but the relay did not closed the contact.

I check all with an Engine manual - ER-101. There is an point to check continuity E2 (sensor ground) with Ground and i have no connection there. I check the E2 wire continuity to plugs and there is no problem with that. It looks like there is no connection to Ground.

Could you help me how to groind it or where should be an grounding point of it

There is EWD-7

And EG-101

I check the Engine manual and i did not found any point of connection with E2 to ground so may that be an mistake in Manual EG-101 and maybe it should be E1 - Engine Ground or E01, E02 Power ground

Thanks

On the engine block ground is ground pretty much, just splice a wire and eyelet and ground the wire, it'll work fine for a simple relay. It's only sensor grounds that can be more sensitive.
