My local Mr.T can take it off and refit in an hour and a half to replace the headlight gaskets.. It involves removing a fair few bolts.. Have you got the workshop manual..

Its a relatively easy task to take it off and reinstall it.
There's some bolts in 4 places: under the hood, under the bumper, and inside each fender well. The easiest thing to do is just start unbolting or unscrewing things and keep everything nice and neat so you'll know where it all came from. You'll be able to tell what's still holding it on once you get things off. I believe there's about 4 or 5 under the hood, 4 or 5 under the bumper, and 3 in each fender well. I could be off on these becuase I haven't looked at that in a while.
As for tools, I believed all you really need is a screwdriver and a socket set or wrench. If you come across any problems let me know and I can take a look at mine and help you out.

just attach a chain to your grage and one to the front bumper... put it in reverse and slam on it... it'll take it off real quick wink.gif good luck gettin it back on.

Naw seriously its pretty easy and will take about 2-3hrs to get it off, drain the light, and put it back on. bigedge169 is correct on it.. think there might be 4 on each fender but could be wrong.. know there are 3 for sure and think there was a 4th down at the bottom. you will need to unbolt the lower engine covers on the front (thin black plastic covers under the motor) dont have to take them completly off just undo them where they attach to the front bupmer. To take the light off its only 3 bolts and unplug the harness. Besure that you dry out the headlight completely while you have it off... that way it doesnt get moisture spots in it
