Its really not that hard. You have to remove the drums. take 2 bolts and screw them into the holes on teh drum. until you hear a pop. that means the drum is coming loose. I don't have my chiltons in front of me, but if my memory serves correct, there are to shoes(L & R) there will be springs holding them together(2 sprngs on top and 1 on bottom . There will also be 2 pins holding them(shoes) to the backing plate. I would suggest removing the springs that hold the shoes together before removing the pins that hold it to the drum. after that, remove the pins holding the shoes to the backing plate. You will have to use a needle nose to hold the notch thingy. Depress teh spring and turn it so it will come off the pin. you will also have to take off the parking brake cable, I think. (not too sure never replaced shoes). I think that that is pretty much it.

I would have both drums off so that you can look at the other side when putting it back together. It is really not that hard. I used a needle nose and a regular plier for the job. Shouldn't take you too long.

I don't think I missed anything. Oh yeah, watch for the 2 pins that hold it to the backing plate. the springs there will shoot out some place. Don't lose them.
