Ok so i baught my rims off the internet and i got the wheels and tires and the tires there is less then 2 inches between the rim and the road. And i feel EVERYTHING!!! but i have enough of a gap which i think i could go mid-pros and get a better ride? What do you guys suggest as far as Type, Size, and Anything im missing??? My wheels are on my profile if u need to look. Thanks,

I think the whole point you guys are missing is the fact that he has 1 inch from the bottom of his tire to the rim lip, he's afraid the rim is gonna hit the pavement.

I would goto a GOOD tire shop ask em if they got an old 40 or 45 laying around have them fit it on the rim and see how it is (if it touches, scrapes, etc)...

That is your best bet imho.

dis is true....but for a 18in wheel 35series tires are correct....1inch extra lip or not... The extra lip is just ssomething you just going to have to worry about when you buy some big bling bling rims.

But yea, give 40 series a try...I would if i could do it for cheap enough smile.gif
