If I get a new deck it usually says 20X4 RMS, but if I wired it to only 2 speakers would it give more power to the speakers kind of like bridging.
I am planning on getting new speakers all around and I already had sony speakers embedded to my rear seats when I bought the car so I want to keep those. Am I better off getting a 2 channel amp and wire the four interior speakers to the Deck or should I have a 4 channel amp and wire only 2 speakers to the deck? |

Don't bridge your deck. I've seen people do it but it's not a good idea. I've seen so many decks fried because of it.
To keep it simple use the deck for the interior speakers and get a 2 channel for the sony's. For the best sound get a four channel for the interior speakers and a two channel for the subs. |
