I got my wheels and tires a couple of days ago and I took them to be balanced and guess what one of my wheels was bent. I called UPS and they are dragging a$$ on replacing it. Who knows maybe I am being impatient? Isn't this reason you pay for insurence? Who cares if I am being impatient the wheels shouldn't have been bent to begin with!!!! mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

I'm sorry to hear that. How long did they say they were going to be to replace it?

UPS Will take their time giving whoever shipped the wheels their money back. They will want from you a receipt for the wheel of some kind, if you haven't gotten this from them already. I'd expect not to get refunded for at least 4 weeks. Good luck, I know it can be a huge pain.

They broke a set of underlights I bought a year or so ago not once but twice. It took them 2 months to replace the first time and wouldn't replace them the second. mad.gif

my mom worked for UPS for a long time- she could tell you stores... basically the people who work there dont have to worry about how the package is moved- just how many packages you can sort per minute...

well i used to work for fed ex and they do that the same...because each day they will have to unload about 9-12 truck coming in before the period start. Also there would be only there are three to four people unload package out of the truck....i hated that job because sometimes so tired, you can't lift some heavy load of package...there are all sort of things coming and going out...

I work for UPS and most of the packages that get damaged are from other packages hitting them when they come down chutes. Yeah there are a few retarded ppl there that throw boxes but they get yelled at when they do. I don't know how your rims would have gotten bent though that would take a lot.

I've shipped stuff fedex and USPS before and then watched them just throw the box while I was still there. When USPS did I told them to give me my package back I would ship it through someone else.

i have had the best luck with usps. every time i order somthing with ups the box comes all smashed and beat up. last time i used fedex they couldnt read my address on the box (it was typed and easy to read) and i had to go pick it up from them. DG just sent me my supra tails through usps and the box came without a scratch on it.
