Ok my buddy has a 2001 Celica and has a black door thingy down at the bottom of his door and it says "Celica" and i remember seeing a 6th gen with the same thing but it was in aluminum? will it fit my car if i buy an aftermarket one? if so where can i buy it?

your talking about the door sill, they don't make them for our car that say celica but u can find universal ones on the internet and on occasion celica ones on ebay.

there are 6-gen-doorsills made from stainless steel. they are original toyota parts, i guess from japan!
