ok, this kid i work with has these rims on his car
 and i pretty sure he didnt add them on... are these the stock rims that come on a GT with the action package or whatever? --------------------  |

on all 7th gen celicas- its an option on the GT, standard on the GTS (but very rare to find on a GTS)

Action packages don't get new rims, just a new bodykit. The new action package SUCKS imho.

arent those stock gt rims and the gts has the 5 spoke? (like on akimbos pixel art)

GT's come standard with wheel covers- those alloys are optional. the GTS comes with the optional GT wheels as standard, and the 16 in 5 spokers are an option for the GTS.
