 guage cluster lights |

ok so i was trying to hook up a light in my glove compartment to make it blue and what not. i spliced the wire for the light in there. at this time i was also changing my deck and stuffs so all the wires were disconnected. becuase of that my guage cluster lights did not work. the speedometer and what not worked just fine but at night the lights wouldn't go on. when i got my new deck installed everythign worked fine. but after trying to get the glove compartment light to work the guage ones went out again..any ideas?
