Hi capncrakhed!

Nice to see that you are moving on.

nothing is wrong taking your time.

I can help you with the last question.

My post on TurboCharger project from scrap for Do-IT-Yourself can help you with what you want. It has some very valuable info for simple stuff without spending too much money.

Everyone have there own choice on intake and exhaust, So the forum can help you there.

when I had my 5sfe I had the injen short air intake on it. I paid close to 200 for it with shipping about 2 years ago and I honestly think that is the best route to go for injen intake or have a shop make one for you. I just talked to a shop monday about havin a buncha new piping bent for my 3sgte... 500$ for eveything.. thats 2 new intercooler pipes and 2 new intake pipes that are both gonna be really long and powdercoated in any color I want.. I would check something like that out it would probably be cheaper for you to do that and just buy a filter for the piping.. that way you can get exactly what you want how you want it.

thats just my thoughts about it

as for the exhaust I would get the greddy SP cat back.. its a good setup. I had that right before I got my 3sgte and then I cut off the muffler and had some custom piping done and now I am thinking about gettin a new muffler to fit onto the piping as the SP muffler is gettin kinda ruff. newayz I am sure someone on here would have a photo of the Greddy SP system on a 5sfe motor
