Make sure your battery cables are tight, and make sure you have good contact at your alternator.

If you had the cables off of the battery for more than a few seconds while you were swapping batteries; the ECU is reset. No need to do it again, a bad alternator or connections are more than likely your problem.

your problem is the alternator.
you have to change it w/ new or used.
