Like the topic says... I'm putting up my 7th gen steering wheel for sale with exchange for your stock 6th gen steering wheel... preferably OBD1 (94-95). Any will do though. Umm... my steering wheel is complete with the 7th gen leather steering wheel in good condition (with one small scratch)... and the 7th gen air bag cover. The airbag itself and cover is still intact and in excellent condition, but is not and will not function because it does not have the air bag control unit... I bought it this way... don't ask where it went. Either way, should bolt up directly and replace your stock steering wheel. The only drawback... airbag will no longer fuction. Horn will work, but you'll also get that nasty idiot dash light. A bit of a trade off I guess... there is a way to get rid of that light, but again, it trades off the passenger airbag and the horn... =/

Price is for the best offer... no shipping charged cause you'll have to trade me your old steering wheel anyways... good deal eh?

PM or email me at kwanzar@earthlink.net to make offers and/or ask questions.

just curious how you get ride of the light.. mine is on, not because it went off, but because a friends installed an alarm, but probed the wrong wire.. for testing, an the lights on, but its just pissing me off.. if you can tell me how to get it off an still have the bags work.. Il love you long time..

I dunno man... when I got rid of my light... I basically disconnected my passenger airbag and my horn. You might wanna try to check codes. Usually when the light comes on, one or both of the airbags are not gonna function properly...

forkee: sorry... kinda like being kicked in the nuts if I let it go for that... I'd rather keep.

umm, it should still work.. my 91 bimmer's worked great, cut my arms like no other, and left bruises.. but worked..

Also . is there just a fuse for the airbag or somthing?? cause so far nobody has had any idea what to do

also sorry for stelling the thread, just didnt make sence to start a new one.

You can always wire it up... but who's really gonna go and test to see if it works or not... ;]

Because of the lack of offers I like... I may just end up keeping it... c'mon... gimme a decent offer... and consider the steering wheel alone is worth about 50.00 on eBay...
