Does anyone know how wide a civic or accord front bumper is?? I was thinking of buying a black widow, R34, or a few other options then cutting the top of the bumper off, then taking my celica front bumper and cutting it in half and using my top half and the bottom half of the civic bumper for a different look.. It would take some time but would this work????
I just dont care for any of the bumpers that are out there....Looking for something different!

I'm not sure...you might go to your local import shop(if you have one) and see if they have some kits that you could look at, to try to find something that will work for you. smile.gif

My local import shop.....lol....good one! I live in a town of 250 people, the next town over has about 2500 people....I think everyone has a chevy or a ford, and they are trucks! Does anyone have a contact at a import shop that could find this out?

Turboinduction bought the kit; there was a post about it a couple months ago.. I dont think it's come in and been fitted yet; so he didn't want to give the web address out yet (as there are no pictures of fitment, etc) so basically, he didn't want a bunch of people to get scammed if he did...

Edit: I just checked the link Turbo gave me- and the kits are gone from the list!!!!

This confuses me, as Turbo called them to be sure it was the real deal; and bought it!

I've sent him a PM on the matter.

Your closest fit from another car width wise will be the eclipse, or the talon. Both of those cars have a wide array of kits avab.

It wont matter what front bumper u get, whether if its for the civic, accord or eclipse or whatever. If u look at those cars, the bumper extends out into the fender and wraps around, but our cars dont. Whatever u get, ur gonna have to cut and extend the bumper.

Sorry, guys for the mistake. This is why i kept the link back from everyone... to ensure it was the real deal. It wasn't... mistake made from the making company. They sent bodykits.com the codes from the 94-99 Celica but it was suppose to be from a Camry.

I am for custom work and all, but a civic front end on our car? Isnt that like putting Rosie O'Donnell's face on Pamela Anderson's body?

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
