i do have a question though, if you have a gt4 and took out the fron drive axels to make it RWD would it push all the power to those wheels or would it only get like half the power??

Im not sure on that setup but I tried it with just the front hooked up and all it did was bairly move the car.. power moves to the point of least resistance.

after your little swap it would be easier to just buy a full clip of a gt4 and weld teh back end on to your friends celi

If this was feasible, would it really work? I mean they do this to limos, and those are safe, so couldn't you just:
1) Cut the celi in half and reweld the gt4 rear to yours
2) Swap the engine and front axles
3) Wallah you have a gt4

lol

TO every one out there that say the GT4 sawp is show & no go! the guy that did the sawp in suoth Florida I know the guy; the reason he is selling the car is be cause he want's a Supra. he's want to keep up with the 8&900HP big boy down here. the car did 12 at moroso @132.?? the swap was done fine, the only bad thing is to do a sawp like his it will cost $6000!!!
and I talk to the tech that did the swap. it tock about 12hrs if you have the right tech, right parts & someone that can fabricate you should not have a problem. the GT4 was done a month before I bought my Celica. If i can get all the parts & money (your dame strate ) I'm gonna do the swap. I know all the best fabricater down here so geting it done is not a problem! the things I seen done by these guys down here it's the Go Fast Monster Garage
