turbo 5s oil, what do you think Options

so my orginal plan for reducing oil pressure to turbo doesnt work since i used high temp rubber hose for oil feed , do you think a wire feed welder tip well restick it and still let enogh oil to the turbo if i put it inline on the oil feed line , maybe have to drill it out a little bit from what i have tried with a compreesor it should work let me know
