okay.. got my mirrors put on.. there not wired up yet though frown.gif

newayz the mirrors are off a right hand drive GTFOUR and not a left hand one.. so the mirrors will only move soo far. I can see out of them but not like the stock ones.. I have to lean forward or over etc... which sucks cuz I got harnesses so I can only move soo far.

My question is can the glass assembly be removed out of the stock mirrors... I'm thinking I can just switch them with an extra set I already have.

If neone has ne exprience with this let me know.. Not really expecting alot of you to have done nething like this but maybe one of you have had a mirror busted and fixed it or something.. otherwise I will try it myself but kinda nervous about it.

Thanks

they appear to be identical in size. there the 6th gen ones not the 5th gens.. I just want to retain the folding fucntion of the mirrors and that is kind of a factor.. not really sure how the motor assembly for the folding is in there and if it will get in the way or not... prolly just gonna have to open it all up and look frown.gif

haha yea i never thought about that right side drive beeing why i can't see that great outta my driver side JDM, i've had it on for like a week now i love it though......its kinda annoying but if you remove the screw on the inside (where the wires come outta the mirror but inside the mounting plate) it allows it to move out more but its too loose so it just pops back in

how about the actual mirrors, they should be different views like the passenger one projects the scenary farther back thats why it says "objects in mirror.."

And is that even there?
