your talking about those cartoonish looking icons right? there was link to the site in o/t but I think its long since been deleted. I'm gonna move this to website discussion and hopefully someone will remember the site.

Make an Avatar that is 64x64 in paint, photoshop, imageready... whatever then go to... Control Panel Edit Avatar Settings Upload a new image from your computer Don't know if this link will work or not but it might be a shortcut to Edit Avatar Settings -------------------- Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete... |

I just found one on the mangacars forums and tuned it in Microsoft Paint. The color change I did with Adobe Photoshop under:
image: adjustments: Hue/Saturation. Alternately Ctrl-U on a PC. -------------------- Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete... |

yeah that's the new site but good luck finding anything related to the 6th gen celica there. The site was basicly started from scratch when they changed servers. EDIT: That's also why I included the google search results
