 Got my GT4 hood today |

So its been 3 months since i ordered my Toyota GT4 hood and it finally got in from Japan. Its beautiful! I didnt put the bumper on yet cuz im still waiting on a turn signal which should be here next week. :-) But the double looks i get from people is great! Im the only person in Washington im pretty sure with an actual Toyota GT4 hood and one of about 20 people in the US with the actual Toyota Hood! Ill post pics when i get them put on a disk

i bet more than 20 people have it. i mean, not every celica owner that modifies their car is on these forums.  but that's awesome!!! i can't wait to see pics!

Its black just like my car! Ill have pics up on Monday. Im told by the head of parts at ToySport that less than 20 people in the US have an authentic Toyota GT4 hood and bumper. Either way its rare and its HOT!

It was an X-mas gift and my dad knows the parts guy at Toysport.com but its listed as 900 i believe and the bumper is also 900 so together itd be 1800

It takes alot of money to make your car stick out. I would pay for the hood, but i don't like the stock GT4 front.

Um, you can get the parts much cheaper from toyota. Did they come pre-painted from toysport though?

I asked at a Toyota dealership and they said that itd be WAY MORE EXPENSIVE plus my dad knows the parts guy at Toysport.com So i got the hood and bumper at a way cheaper price. Plus they didnt have any steel hoods in stock so they had to give me an alloy one which is 1100 dollars instead of 900 dollars. Either way Im happy with the parts i got and the price i got the hood and bumper for. Plus it was a X-mas gift so I cant complain about my money being gone

900 for the hood sounds about right. Some guy on celica.net did a hood + bumper conversion and even with an employee discount (or something, he knew some toyota people who cut him a deal), it cost him about 1200 total or so...would normally cost about 1500 otherwise I think.
