Oh man.. Its easy, clean them the best you can, then get some metal scrub things.. brillo pads.. scrub them down.. and then wip down with acitone.. and then get some engine paint from pep-boys, and clear coat. I used 2 cans of each... very easy, but takes around a day..

Get some krylon spray paint. I have found that krylon leaves the smoothest finish and drys the quickest. Get some index cards to put in between the rim and the tire. Clean the wheel off really good. Put the index cards aroudn the rim to protect the tire from overspray.. and start spraying the wheels...

I have done this lots of times and they come out very nice.

no need for that cuz i'm gonna dismount the tires becuz they need to be replace and then i'll just end up painting the rim by itself

im not 100% sure but woudlent it be a bad idea to paint the part of the rim where the tire makes its seal? wouldent the paint cuase a possible bad seal.... its always better to be safe than so8rry

A good paint job wouldn't hurt the seal, but a haff way done job would. So you just nead to ask yourself honestly which one your going to do.
