I've had mine molded and the only reason something cracked is because i hit a curb. But other than that, it's been alllll good.

The front yes i agree cuz i did crack that very easily from just scraping which is why it is no longer molded. But the sides and rear, unless your doin demolition derby or something than no...its fine. Trust me i have hit many many bumps even to where i have blown a tire and still everything is fine. so mold away my friend

I have everything molded. Don't mold the front because if you ever turbo you have to take the bumper off to put in an intercooler. Or if you crack a headlight you can't change it with the front bumper on. As for the rest, to prevent cracking, pop rivot everything on. You will wanna try to find the thicker spots so you can counter sink it. What are you using to mold, don't use bondo. Use premixed fiberglass and don't do it when its cold and damp if you're working outside. After you're done molding with the premixed fiberglass, use bondo or whatever brand of putty you're using to smooth out any inperfections.

I have had no problems with my back bumper that is molded. It does take a long time to make it look right but it is worth it.

My hood has a hood scoop. I already friberglassed everything. I got the side fenders looking pretty good to the front bumper, and my side skirts looking alright. Some more fiberglass and shaping it will be ok. The rear seems easy.
As for the intercooler and engine access. I have the fenders and front end on in a way that i can take the whole section off together.

Check out my Profile.. Ill post better pics tommorrow..

I never heard of cracking from just driving. I only heared of cracking from bad bondo..
