[right][snapback]212659[/snapback][/right] We use computers to do all of that stuff but there is no way for a computer to do the actual things that we have to do to accomplish these tasks. We have to call people and talk to people constantly, we have information databases readily available for all of our crewmembers but we have access to more information than a lot of them so they call us to get a lot of things done and to ask questions. |
